About the Business
The Sonata Kendal bed and breakfast is located in the Stricklandgate side of town. It's a 5 minute walk to the Westmorland shopping centre, restaurants and bars in the town centre. The Sonata Guest House, Kendal bed and breakfast is located on the edge of the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. We are within 15 minutes of junction 36 of the M6 motorway. Manchester airport is approximately 1.5 hours' drive time, with Liverpool within 2 hours. The Sonata Kendal B&B lies approximately 22 miles north of Lancaster, 55 miles south of Carlisle and 50 miles north of Preston.
We are on the west coast London to Glasgow/Edinburgh mainline (with a railway station at Oxenholme, approximately two and a half miles away). The local Kendal Railway and Bus stations are only 10 minutes walk. There are no rules, only consideration for others! It's a couple of minutes walk from the Sonata Kendal B&B to the shops, pubs and restaurants.
