Monks House

An attractive Georgian house, dated 1734, Monks Guest House is situated in the centre of this friendly Yorkshire/Lancashire border town, close to Bronte country. The house is only a short drive away from Skipton, considered the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, the home of the Brontes at Haworth and the Pendle Way, as well as numerous attractions and historic sites nearby.

Monks Guest House offers accommodation of a high standard, with comfortable rooms, tasteful furnishings and a welcoming atmosphere, coupled with exceptional service. All rooms are either shared bathroom or en-suite and there is a choice of single, double, twin or family accommodation. A hearty English breakfast or lighter choices are taken in the dining room and we are happy to cater to any special dietary needs, just let us know in advance if possible. This room can also be used by guests wanting to bring food in at other times.
