You can leisurely stroll along the seafront to visit the Tower and Blackpool's three piers, sauntering a little further to Sandcastle Waterworld and the Pleasure Beach, or take the tram to Cleveleys and Fleetwood for a day out, while Manchester, Liverpool, and the Lake District make superb day excursions by train.
