We are 10 miles from the east coast & 10 miles from the North Yorkshire Moors, having easy access to the A19/A66 and 1mile to the town centre. We are local to The Middlesbrough Theatre where Christmas panto's are a memorable evening out. Opposite our Guest House is the well known Linthorpe Cemetery where you will find the legendary Mohawk grave of Moses Carpenter(see ancestor page). The area has lots of local history and abundance of wildlife; such as squirrels, rabbits and birds, and is managed as a local nature reserve (LNR).
