Every effort has been made to keep rules and regulations to an absolute minimum. However, at Holbrook Bed and Breakfast, we do operate a very strict no smoking policy on the premises and ask that all guests please comply with the law. Other than this, all we ask is that guests respect the rooms and facilities and do not compromise the privacy and comfort of fellow and future guests at Holbrook B&B.

A ten-minute drive south, along the A350 from the A303 London to Exeter trunk road, brings you to Holbrook Bed and Breakfast, on the right hand side, just prior to the Ivy Cross Roundabout.
