About the Business

We are a family run, family friendly 3 star licensed bed and breakfast which strives to make your stay as comfortable, enjoyable and stress free as possible. Be it a one night business trip to a three week holiday, we will do everything we can to ensure you will not go home disappointed. In 2012, 2013 and 2014 we were awarded the Certificate of Excellence by Trip Advisor. In 2013 the UK Tourist board bestowed us with a silver award to compliment our high 3 star rating. The building is on the promenade facing the seafront on Morecambe's south beach, locally known as the West End.

All the rooms are en-suite with toilet, sink and shower so no sharing down the corridor with other guests. What we do offer is a cosy, friendly, quiet relaxed atmosphere for you to kick off your shoes and chill. We have a licensed bar where you can enjoy a drink and a chat. You can play bar games such as darts, doms, crib or even play on the wii on a big screen TV.
