Paul & Wendy would like to welcome you to Caxton House, our award winning guest House that offers a calm tranquil retreat to unwind and relax with comfortable, welcoming rooms and delicious food, located just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful sandy beaches of Skegness. We are in the quieter area of South Skegness and are ideal for those seeking accommodation away from the bustle and excitement of the town, but close enough to enjoy all of the amenities of a great resort.
Caxton house, an Edwardian seaside residence, has a blend of eclectically furnished rooms blending with contemporary and unusual pieces. All our guest rooms are ensuite, some have sea views, balconies, or are located on the ground floor plus we have some rooms suitable for families and children. Downstairs we offer our guests the use of the bright conservatory, or outdoor terraced patio area.
