Edinburgh Bed and Breakfast Accommodation - Comfortable guest house in the city centre of Edinburgh. Bed and Breakfast in the capital of Scotland close to the Kings Theatre and Edinburgh Castle. Our location is in the West End of the city and not far from the busy and famous shopping centre of Princes Street, probably the premier shopping street in Scotland. Close at hand are numerous outstanding restaurants, theatres and the Usher Hall, the main concert hall in the city. We are only a five minute walk from the Edinburgh International Conference Centre which is located in the main financial district of the city.
We offer good value bed and breakfast with a private car park, and only 10 minutes walk to Edinburgh Castle. Our Georgian townhouse, situated in a residential area in the south side of the centre of Edinburgh.
The Averon Guest House offers excellent facilities and is a historic listed building built in 1750. The house itself is good example of a Georgian town house villa.
