A warm welcome awaits all visitors to our homely guest house in Felixstowe. We have been receiving guests to our home now for over twelve years, many returning time and again. In addition to our 4 Star Guest Accommodation Award we are proud to have achieved the prestigious 'Visit England' Silver Award for the sixth year running in recognition of exceptional quality in all areas, particularly cleanliness, service, food and hospitality. We are also pleased to have the top food hygiene rating of 5 from the Food Standards Agency. Our guest house is only 25 metres from the promenade, within short walking distance of Felixstowe Leisure Centre, Felixstowe town centre and restaurants. The Spa Pavilion, its gardens or the town centre are only a 15-minute stroll along the promenade away. Free super-fast wi-fi is now available throughout the building. Parking is on-street and free.
