Michael and Victoria welcome you to Mill Dam Guest House, a must for accommodation in South Shields. Our guest house is built on the principles of making a stay at the riverside one to remember providing a quality and reliable service to all our visiting guests. The house itself dates back to the 1800's and bears so much space that we believe it was built for the purpose to accommodate visitors. With large grounds it has given us the opportunity to offer a private car park to all our guests that is monitored by CCTV and spacious garden for all to enjoy. We are also a pet friendly establishment and welcome Dogs, Cats and smaller pets.

We have found that many guests in the past have paid for the breakfast facility and preferred to lie in or get up and about early.
